I'm a connecting, curious kind of person with a fondness for amazing nature, yummy organic food and adventures in new places.
I'm the editor of two anthologies that deal with what it is to be human (a big question!). I'm a massage therapist and a personal development/ wellbeing enthusiast (I'm also a qualified coach, aromatherapist and baby massage instructor). I love leading workshops on life-enhancing things, so it was no surprise that Cuddle Party was calling my name.

| Favorite CP Rule |
PJS STAY ON AT ALL TIMES. I'm the kind of gal who loves PJs (probably stems from lots of happy memories of teen and pre-teen slumber parties), so any rule mentioning jammies is going to get a thumbs up! This rule always seems to get a smile from the participants and it sets Cuddle Party up as a safe, non-sexual space. |
| What I got out of CP personally |
I really enjoy facilitating the parties and creating an experience for my guests - so fun is a big component. My involvement in Cuddle Party has "outed" me as a cuddly person and I've certainly upped my hug quota. It's great to belong to what I call "the international Cuddle mafia" - a group of people from all over the world who believe in the transformative power of welcomed, nurturing touch. |
