I'm a giant nerd, and I live like "Danger" is my middle name...at least when it comes to spicy food and climbing on things that probably shouldn't be climbed on. I'm also a writer and facilitator with a background in experiential education. I love jokes and stories--both telling and listening to them--and get really excited when people around me are making things (like art!).

You are encouraged to change your mind.
I tend to explore my options by jumping right in, so it's always good to remember that giving something a try doesn't mean I've signed a contract (unless...you know, there's actually a contract involved). This rule also reminds me that I'm not doing anyone any favors by sticking around when I don't want to--it ususally effects the quality of what I do and the sincerity with which I relate to people. So changing my mind means I have the space to take care of myself, and moreso, that by taking care of myself I'm creating the best possible experience for everyone involved. |
| What I got out of CP personally |
I've learned how to trust my inner sense of what I do (and don't) want without feeling guilty about it. And I'm always finding different ways to push my comfort zone and be more honest with myself and others. |
