At Cuddle Party, we know that many of you have been wanting to create more healthy connections in your life. We will give you some tools to practice good communication, figure out what you want, and space to practice asking for it. Come be with us!
THREE and HALF HOURS? YES, PLEASE!
Folks have been asking for even MORE time for those juicy connections. So we are delivering.
PLEASE DO come prepared to sit with us for the entire time. We will take breaks. 🙂
INTENTION 10:00am Pacific/12:00pm Central Opening Circle starts. Please be on time.
This will be a closed container, latecomers not admitted.
During the Cuddle Party Welcome Circle Workshop we talk about communication agreements you can use during any connection. We will also offer some exercises to help us practice communication skills and get comfortable together with each other.
Open Connection time – We will have an hour or more of open time to see what comes up, what you want to talk about and give you a chance to practice connecting using the tools we worked on during the Welcome Circle Workshop.
Closing Circle – we will finish with a full closing circle to give everyone one more invitation to share and be seen.
HOW DO WE DO IT ONLINE?
We will present the opening Welcome Circle and the Closing Circle exactly the same as during an in-person event so you can get the full Cuddle Party experience. We have some options for guided visualizations and exercises which can help us to connect well virtually if nothing comes up.
PRIVACY
Please set yourself up in a comfortable space where you will not be interrupted or have people walking around in the background. We ask for this in order to maintain privacy and help us all feel safe sharing with the people we get to know during the event and no one else.
