If you would like to witness a Board meeting, please speak to a current Board Director to receive an invitation.
If you are interested in joining the Board, please attend 2 Board meetings as an observer and interact with us. At your third meeting you may be nominated to join as a member of the Board of Directors and we will vote on your nomination.
The Board is responsible for overseeing that Cuddle Party Inc. acts in accordance with the mission and vision.
The Board hires and directs the Executive Director of Cuddle Party Inc and decides on mission and vision direction.
