Whether you’re thinking about becoming a Cuddle Party facilitator, you started the training but never finished, or you’ve been facilitating for years, we’d love to have you join us for a 90 minute Zoom call.

We’ll talk about how the new Facilitator Cohort works, why we’re trying this new approach, and answer your questions about becoming – or returning – as a Cuddle Party facilitator.

WHY A COHORT?

Over the years, we’ve seen many people begin the facilitator training with excitement but struggle to make it all the way through.

As we looked more closely, we realized something important. Cuddle Party is about creating connection, facilitating groups, and building community – yet we were asking people to learn those skills mostly on their own.

So we’re trying something different.

This September we’re launching our first Facilitator Cohort: a guided learning experience that combines the curriculum with a consistent peer group and an educator who will bring the material to life through discussion, practice, and reflection. Instead of learning about community in isolation, participants will have the opportunity to learn alongside one another while developing the very skills they’ll use as facilitators.
